Shipping policy

Please familiarize yourself with our policies before engaging with Mega Mart Center. Understanding these guidelines will ensure clarity and expedite any resolution in case of disputes. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping; our services are limited to the 52 states within the USA.

Shipping Timeframes: The processing time for orders varies depending on the product type, with custom items potentially taking up to two weeks before shipment. Standard processing time can range from 1 to 5 business days for orders eligible for free shipping. However, not all products or orders qualify for free shipping due to logistical and insurance constraints. Even if your order meets the $25 free shipping threshold, certain products or destinations may not be eligible.

During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please note that all shipping times are estimates, and Mega Mart Center has no control over the logistics process once the order is handed over to the shipping company.

Shipping Methods: Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) using carriers such as USPS, UPS, Ontrac, Lasership, or FedEx. Larger items may be shipped via LTL. Preorder and Backorder product will be shipped when product becomes available with 3-7 business days delevery.  

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable or refused, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs. To avoid incurring this fee, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this timeframe or once a tracking number has been provided, cancellations will not be processed.

Delivery Responsibility: Mega Mart Center will deliver your package to your premises. However, once the package is delivered, our responsibility ends. It is your responsibility to track the package, ensure someone is available for delivery, or designate a secure location for the parcel. You may also request a signature upon delivery. Mega Mart Center is not liable for securing your premises.

Fraud Prevention Policy: To mitigate fraudulent claims, we require customers to assume responsibility for their packages. This ensures that only legitimate claims are processed.

Examples of Policy Application:

  • If a package is left on your doorstep and subsequently stolen because you were not home, Mega Mart Center is not liable.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact us to file a claim. We do not guarantee refunds or replacements if the shipping company confirms delivery.
  • If you request a signature upon delivery, and the package is delivered without one and subsequently stolen, Mega Mart Center is liable.

While we understand that this policy may seem inconvenient, it is designed to protect both our customers and sellers from fraudulent activities. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
