Mega Mart Center Updates Return Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these policies before interacting with Mega Mart Center. This will help to ensure that the customer knows what to expect and that any disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Thank you for your purchase. We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be processed within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, 14 free shipping after 14 customer pay shipping. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@megamartcenter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of RMA and proof of your purchase and mail your return the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us only if any product is damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 5 to 8 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • If the product seal is broken,
  • If the product is open or used,
  • We don’t refund or return on cosmetic items.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
  • Men & Women Underwear, Lingerie set, Socks & hosiery are not returnable due to hygiene conditions.
  • If any part of the product is replaced or removed, swapping of product is a crime, and Mega Mart Center reserves the right to collect on loss in such an event (All shipping cost, and product cost).

Please Note

  • Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • If you’re returning a product due to a defect or error made by us, please get in touch with us sales@megamartcenter.com or  1-347-921-9887 for a prepaid label or refund.
  • Refunds of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be credited back to the purchaser credit or debit card within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee also so applies to return items that are not picked up from the carrier after multiple attempt to delevery. 
  • If the order has already shipped out, the buyer must contact the logistics company with the correct information. If the product is lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, Mega Mart Center will not refund the total amount. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Failure to do so will deem bank chargeback invalid since the customer did not fulfill the notification policy. 
  • Return shipping will not covered for customers chooses the incorrect size.
  • Mega Mart Center requires all customers to contact our support center and allow 2 days for resolution before escalating any issues to their financial institution for an amicable resolution. Not following this process will result in the customer being responsible for any related chargeback fees. This policy ensures a fair process for both parties, helps reduce friendly fraud, and allows Mega Mart Center to resolve the issue before it leads to a chargeback, which can result in the loss of the product, shipping, and other associated costs.  
  • All Mega Mart Center customers agree to return merchandise or refund or a chargeback is invalid.
  • Mega Mart Center must receive the return. If a customer ships to an incorrect address, they are responsible for ensuring that the package is returned to Mega Mart Center. If the package is lost and not delivered to Mega Mart Center, the customer is responsible for the item, and Mega Mart Center will be unable to issue a refund. All returns must reach Mega Mart Center for review for the return to be considered valid.
  • Mega Mart Center can only refund funds to the original payment method; please note we are unable to refund gift cards. If a gift card is used, we can provide store credit. 
  • Before an order is shipped out, the buyer has the right to apply to cancel the order and request a refund. Order in transit can not be canceled. 
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 


Refunds Reimbursement Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
